I had a wonderful experience at this resort, surrounded by beautiful nature and with quick access to the main market of Mahabaleshwar. The service from the staff was impressive, making our stay enjoyable. However, the initial booking experience was quite frustrating, and after a long drive, we were disappointed to find the rooms didn't meet our expectations.

The staff were great, especially Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Atul, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. However, I did find the dining experience to be average with some room for improvement.
